Hi my name is Carli Harper, I am 20 years old born and raised in Flagstaff. I graduated from Avalon in 2023 and continued my education through Sportclips, Ulta Beauty salon, and outside classes. I value continuing my education to keep up with current trends. I specialize in handcrafted bonding, extensions, and haircuts. I love building connections with my clients and making your hair dreams become reality. If I am not in the salon, you will find me with my family and friends, at the lake, or up on the mountain. Cancellation Policy
If you give me 24 hours or less of a notice to cancel your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. If you give me 1 hour or less or no call no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service.
